When the slider mechanism is large, in order to simplify the processing, save materials, and facilitate the replacement of the mold, the slider seat and the slider insert can be made separately, and then the slider insert is fixed on the slider seat with screws. When the slider is small, the slider seat and the slider insert can be directly made into a whole, which can reduce the processing process and one part.
Slider bundle block
The function of the slider bundle block is to resist the injection pressure and prevent the slider from retreating when the mold is closed. When the injection pressure is too large, the slider bundle block needs to be inserted into the male template. The slider bundle is used to tighten the slider seat, and at the same time, it can also prevent the burr from the broken surface of the slider.
The function of this part is to press the part on the template beside the slider boss when the slider is placed in the template when the mold is matched, and form a guide groove with the slider boss, so that when the slider is formed, It can slide back and forth without falling out of the mold.
Slide block wear block
When the mold is not being opened or closed, the slider will also move back and forth. During this movement, the sliding surface will continue to generate friction, and heat-treated wear blocks will be added to the sliding surface (the sliding surface needs to be Processing oil groove), which can greatly reduce the damage of friction to the template, and at the same time, it is easy to replace and adjust when the mold is closed, thereby prolonging the life of the mold.
