    The shape of the cylindrical pin is just a bar, the surface is silvery white, and some ends are black. Materials include stainless steel SUS304, bearing steel Gcr15, carbon steel C35, C45, etc. Under normal circumstances, Gcr15, C35, and C45 will be hardened.

    According to different shapes, cylindrical pins can be divided into cylindrical pins, elastic cylindrical pins, tapered pins, internally threaded cylindrical pins, internally threaded conical pins, etc. Although their shapes are different, their assembly methods and uses are roughly similar, mainly fastening parts and transmitting power.     Due to the different dimensional accuracy of cylindrical pins, there are two processes of cold piercing and turning. The cold pier process is relatively low in price due to its large output and low precision. During lathe processing, the length is processed to meet the size requirements, and the outer diameter is reserved. After heat treatment, the surface of the cylindrical pin is processed by a grinder to make it reach the dimensional tolerance level, and the smoothness and roughness can also meet the requirements.
