The ejector component is a relatively common component in the injection mold. It has a wide variety of types. There are many specific three types, and the others are some small types.

Straight ejector pin: the thimble arranged on the forming edge should be kept 1~3mm away from the edge, and the thimble should not be arranged at the high and low turns of the finished product.

Flat thimble: Features Grinding with the thimble is poor in strength, easy to bend, and difficult to process and assemble. It is used for reinforced ejection. When installing the male mold core, it is necessary to cut the flat thimble hole (less used) or disassemble the insert.

Cylinder: Generally used in conjunction with the cylinder needle, the ejection force is large and average, but the cost is high, and it acts on the boss hole. The cylinder is installed on the ejector plate, and the cylinder needle is installed on the bottom plate. Under normal circumstances, the wall thickness of the cylinder is at least 1mm, and if it is less than 1mm, a torso cylinder should be used. In addition, 350T and above should use a torso tube.

In addition, the key points of the arrangement of the ejector elements.

First, on the product map, first drop the thimble on the four sides, and then drop the thimble on both sides of the bone. If the bone is deep, it is best to remove the insert and drop the thimble on the side, with a width of more than 1.0MM.

The second is to use no small thimble on the large plane and use an ejector sleeve at the column position. If not, two thimbles must be dropped near it. The size of the ejector sleeve confirms that the thickness of the sleeve should be more than 1mm and the inner and outer diameters should be rounded.

Third, It should be arranged at the place where the product has the greatest strength, the effect is the best, and it is not easy to be white.

Fourth, The thimble cannot be arranged under the slider. When the thimble must be dropped, the first reset mechanism must be added.

Fifth, When the finished product is a transparent piece or the finished product has a long ejection stroke, the ejector pin hole needs to be processed by line drawing.

 For products with high appearance requirements, pure black, or large output of finished products, the thimble holes are required to be processed by wire cutting.
